What is a Digital Product?

A digital product is something you can download or access online, like eBooks, online courses, or software. Everything we sell is a digital product, so you’ll get instant access after buying.

What is MRR (Master Resell Rights)?

MRR lets you buy a product, sell it to others, and even give your customers the right to resell it too. It’s a way to make extra income!

What is PLR (Private Label Rights)?

PLR lets you buy a product, change it, and sell it as your own. You can edit the content and add your name to it.

Our PLR products come with rules you must follow, so make sure to check the terms before using them.

What do I get after buying a product?

After your purchase, you’ll get two emails:

• One to confirm your order.

• Another with a link to download your product.

Make sure your email address is correct, and check your spam folder if you don’t see the emails. Download your files within 48 hours.

What if I use the wrong email or miss the download deadline?

If you use the wrong email or don’t download your product within 48 hours, we can’t extend the deadline or give a refund. Double-check your email and download your files right away.

What do I get after buying a UBC course?

We promote UBC courses. For all UBC-related questions, please contact the UBC Community at info@ubcteam.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use PayPal and Stripe, so you can pay with:

• Credit or debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

• PayPal balance

All prices are in USD (US Dollars).

What receipt will I receive?

Depending on your payment method, you’ll receive a receipt from either Stripe or I.ECOM PayPal.

If you receive two receipts from Stripe, it’s because we may have manually added your name to the order. Don’t worry—both receipts will have the same transaction ID, so it’s not a duplicate charge.

Can I get a refund?

No, all sales are final. Once you download or access the product, we can’t offer refunds. Please check everything carefully before buying.
